Mombasa - Tsavo West - Amboseli - Lake Nakuru -
Maasai Mara - Mombasa
Day 1: Mombasa Tsavo West
Met at the Mombasa Airport and after briefing
proceed to Tsavo West National
Park arriving in time for lunch, afternoon at
leisure, afternoon game drives dinner and
overnight at Kilaguni Lodge.
Tsavo East National park. Game is viewed as we
exit the park. This park was famed for its large
herds of elephant covered in red dust and fine
scenery.
Day 2: Tsavo West - Amboseli
After breakfast depart Tsavo West to Amboseli
National Park arriving in time for lunch. The
afternoon is spent at leisure. Afternoon game
drives with a chance to see, elephants, lions,
cheetah, with Mount Kilimanjaro forming a
picturesque backdrop. Dinner and overnight is in
Ol Tukaο Lodge.
Amboseli National park is one of the most
popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is
situated close to Kenya. It is situated close to
Kenya- Tanzania border, The Park lies at the
foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in
Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit
presents a splendid view on clear days. Amboseli
National Park is often referred to as The home
of Elephants some of the largest Elephant herds
are found here. The Game Park also contains vast
groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes,
Buffalos, Hippos and Antelopes. Also to be found
in Amboseli are lions, leopards, Cheetahs,
Rhinos and many species of plain game.
Day 3: Amboseli - Nairobi
Early morning game drive then return to the
lodge for breakfast. After breakfast depart
Amboseli for the city of Nairobi arriving in
time for lunch. An afternoon city tour is
followed by dinner and overnight at Safari Park
Hotel.
Day 4: Nairobi Lake Nakuru
After breakfast depart Nairobi for Lake Nakuru,
driving through Naivasha, Lake Elementaita
arriving in time for lunch at Sarova lion hill.
Game viewing flamingos, cormorants, fish eagles,
with a chance to the both white and the black
rhinos, Maasai giraffe, lions, cheetah, troops
of baboons, and leopard .Dinner and an overnight
stay at the lodge.
Pink Lake often referred so due to its Great
masses of Flamingos in good time for lunch.
Lunch at a lodge followed by full afternoon game
drives. Dinner and overnight at Flamimgo Hill
Tented lodge
Lake Nakuru's claim to fame is anchored on its
flamingo's and the over 400 species of birds
found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on
the floor of the rift valley. The sight of the
at times millions of flamingos is quite
spectacular. From a distance the lake appears
ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a
reputation as an important haven for endangered
species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and
the black and white rhino. Lions, waterbuck,
buffalo and baboons are all residents here
Day 5: Lake Nakuru Maasai Mara
After breakfast depart Lake Nakuru for Maasai
Mara fig tree camp arriving in time for lunch
.Afternoon at leisure, afternoon game drive with
chance to see the big
five,bufallos,elephants,the black manned
lions,leopard,cheetah,wildbeast,maasai
giraffe,topi,Thompson gazelle,grant;s
gazelle,baboons,black face vervet monkeys.
Dinner and overnight at the luxury tented camp
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and
abundance that it is difficult to believe: over
450 species of animals have been recorded here.
You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos,
crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras,
buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs,
buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and
elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the
most spectacular event of the natural world
takes place. This is the annual migration of
millions of wildebeest and zebra from the
Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and
pasture. Following on their heels are the
predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild
dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.
Day 6: Maasai Mara
Early morning game drive with a chance to see a
kill, return to the lodge for breakfast rest of
morning at leisure with an option of a Maasai
village, lunch at Mara Simba. The afternoon at
leisure with a further evening game viewing.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 7: Maasai Mara - Mombasa
Early morning game drive to explore the Mara,
return to the lodge for breakfast. After
breakfast transfer to the airstrip. For the
morning flight to Mombasa arriving in Mombasa at
lunchtime. Flying out of Nairobi you need five
hours from Mara to Nairobi for afternoon flight
to Mombasa, to in Mombasa at 4pm.
